Brief introduction of laser treatment of several diseases

The initial laser technology is mainly used to treat various diseases. 1、 Laser treatment of pigmented nevus

At present, CO2 laser vaporization is usually used. Laser vaporization should be based on the complete removal of pigment. Generally, it should be vaporized to the shallow layer of dermis. Laser treatment of pigmented nevus may occur:

2、 Laser treatment of various hemangiomas

Hemangioma hemangioma can be divided into fresh erythema nevus, simple hemangioma, cavernous hemangioma, mixed hemangioma, hemangiopericytoma, senile hemangioma, glomus tumor and other types of hemangioma.

Ar + laser, CO2 laser and Nd: YAG laser are often used in the laser treatment of hemangioma. Ar + laser is easy to be absorbed by hemoglobin and can selectively destroy pigmented skin damage. Therefore, it can produce thermosetting effect in the dermis and close the dilated capillaries in the depth range of about 1mm on the superficial surface of the dermis, which is replaced by a diffuse collagen deposit; The mechanism of Nd: YAG laser is similar to that of Ar + laser, but the thermal effect of Nd: YAG laser on the surface of tissue is small, and the temperature rise in the deep part of tissue is large. Therefore, Ar + laser is often used in superficial hemangioma, while Nd: YAG laser is used in deep hemangioma; CO2 laser is one of the lasers with the highest continuous output power among gas lasers. The output power of CO2 laser can range from tens of watts to several kilowatts. It has good thermal effect, good vascular sealing and remarkable hemostatic effect. It is widely used in the treatment of various hemangiomas.

3、 Laser treatment of exogenous skin pigmented diseases

Exogenous skin pigmented diseases refer to patients who actively or passively prick and process a certain part with color, but the effect is not satisfactory and want to recover. They are common in the easily exposed parts of the face and limbs. Including tattoo, eyebrow washing, Eyeliner washing, lip liner washing, tattoo washing, etc.

The traditional methods of cauterization, corrosion, skin grinding or surgical resection often leave scars. Laser treatment can achieve satisfactory results. Due to the different colors of pigmented diseases, specific treatment schemes should be adopted, such as 532mm wavelength for red disease areas and 1064mm wavelength for black disease areas.
